What You'll Be Doing

    • Assist the Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
    • Greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance
    • Handle document filing systems, update calendars and conduct other administrative tasks.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
    • Manage office events, including contacting vendors and poster printers.
    • Manage communication flow and coordination with related parties to ensure the effectiveness of office activities.

Who We Are Looking For

    • Diploma degree in any major
    • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
    • Attention to detail is very important. We need someone with eyes of an eagle
    • Able to do several things in one time. It's like having 8 hands doing different stuff
    • Creative mindset. Able to pick up ideas whenever and whereever
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
